Del Charro Saloon is “Santa Fe's Watering Hole” where visitors and locals mingle at Inn of the Governors from 11:30 a.m. to midnight daily. We offer light bar foods and desserts for under $8 per item and a full bar menu. We invite you to sample our Santa Fe Trail Margarita and one of the “Best Burgers in Town” in the rustic saloon or on the outside, covered patio. We offer good food and good drinks at good prices. In 2015, Del Charro was named the “Most Popular Bar in NM” by BuzzFeed and voted “Best of Santa Fe” in 6 Categories by Santa Fe Reporter readers.

Santa Fe Trail Margarita:
• 2 oz. Green Chile-Infused Tequila*
• 1 oz. Cointreau
• 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
• 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar (or to taste)
• 1 tbsp. Green Chile Powder
• 1 tbsp. Red Chili Flakes
• 1 tbsp. Kosher Salt

Green Chile-Infused Tequila Recipe:
• 1 bottle (750 ml) of Del Charro's Double Barrel Tequila Reposado from Casa Herradura.
• 4-5 green chiles (depending on size and heat), roasted, peeled, and split.
• Place tequila and chiles in a container and seal.
• Allow it to infuse for at least 5 days.
• Strain and use to make the Santa Fe Trail Margarita.
